For your convenience, we offer many easy ways to order:
Telephone Orders: call us at (800) 438-8659, 8am to 5pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Sorry, we do not accept collect calls. Have your credit card ready when you call.
FAX Orders: You may FAX your filled-out ARP Order form to us at (817) 491-4522.
Mail Orders: If you prefer to pay with check or money order,
send your filled-out ARP order form with payment to: ARP, PO Box 270428, Flower Mound, Texas 75027.
E-Mail Orders: We DO NOT recommend orders by email as your personal information
could be intercepted on the global internet. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES SEND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL - call us with your payment information
and we can finish your order over the phone; please have your credit card information ready.
On-Site Orders: You can preview photos as well as order products in person from our helpful staff
at select events. Look for us at USTRC sanctioned events, regional finals events, and the National Finals.
SHIPPING
Shipping for orders containing frames starts at $15.00.
All frames and framed products are shipped via UPS,
and you must provide a valid physical delivery address (no PO Boxes). We do not guarantee
shipping charges or delivery times other than to make reasonable estimates.
Please be aware that not all items can ship immediately; many items are
produced as they are ordered and requesting 3-day or overnight shipping
does not guarantee that your order will get filled sooner or receive
'rush priority', only that it will arrive to you by a faster shipping method once completed.
If you would like an estimate of deliivery time for your order, please contact
us by phone or email. Most items ship within a few days of your order.
Disclaimer: once merchandise leaves our office, it becomes the
responsibility of the shipper and the receiving party. ARP
is not responsible for shipments that have become lost, delayed, or damaged.
RETURNS
Defective merchandise may be returned within 60 days of shipment for
exchange, credit, or refund of purchase price; after 60 days a 15% restocking fee
will be charged. Sorry, no returns after six months.
If you do receive a defective item, SAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND
QUICKLY CONTACT US to make arrangements for your return;
you will receive complete shipping instructions during this
return authorization phone call. ARP will not accept merchandise
for return that has not been previously authorized, or has suffered improper handling or other abuse.
